I stumbled on F11 by accident while looking for a small car for my wife and I as we were ceasing to use lease cars. I was surprised by the Value and quality of their cars which were on the whole low mileage low ownership examples. Once there I was allowed to check out the 3 cars I had my eye on and no one was trying to influence me one way or the other. Decided on a nice Honda with fantastic history. Ali made the deal very strait forward and delivered my car at agreed time. All in all I can’t praise F11 cars enough.So best wishes to Ali and the folks there. I will advise my friends and family to go there first when they need a trustworthy place to buy a GOOD used car.

Really grateful to the guys at F11 for the car delivered on Saturday morning. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Originally they didn't want to sell me a car without me viewing it, which I fully understand. These guys have worked hard to build a reputation for being totally honest and straight with people and if they sell cars unseen they will eventually sell one to one of life's complainers who can find fault with anything. I would be very sceptical of any reviews that are less than 5* as Ollie and his colleagues couldn't have done more to be totally honest and accurate in their description. Great communication via text keeping me fully informed of delivery schedule. I was in touch with a couple of other dealers who also had a Ford Focus and they couldn't be bothered to get back to me. If I'm ever in need of a nice, cheaper vehicle in the future, first job will be to check out F11's stock. Thanks again chaps, cheers, John.

Read some other people praising the video appraisals. Found that all the cars had videos attached to the autotrader app. Brutally honest and some were funny. Never found a business showing the flaws in what they are trying to sell. Good work guys.
