I saw one of their Corsa on autotrader and was pleasantly happy to see the video they had attached to the advertisement and in the video they had also mentioned some scratches on the car. For someone who has worked with cars for over 10 years at Halfords I have not seen such an honest advertisement of a used car before. On arrival the car was exactly as the video and the scratches were not even that bad compare to other car places who like to surprise you on arrival. Didn't want to miss out so I bought the car on the spot. quickest decision I ever made. Thanks

I arrived at this place planning to buy a Citroen C1 but ended up buying a Corsa. The salesman had already told me that Citroen C1 are loud cars as they are very light weight and they are not well insulated. This was evident on the test drive. The red corsa caught my eye from at their lot. I must say that the salesman was very honest and straight forward to my surprise. The whole experience was joyful. Boys you will see me again in few years for another one. Thanks

Phoned last night to enquire about a car I had seen, was told still available so made appointment to go today. I went on this morning to get details so I could check insurance and the price had gone up over £500 I had picture evidence as I had taken photo to show my son. My partner phoned this morning to ask why was this and was told the car was sold at 4:30 last night !! it was after 5 when we phoned to enquire and its still on the website now. No one had the courtesy to phone to tell us which would have meant time out of work and travel to manchester when the car we had appointment to view had been sold...at least 3 other cars I had in mind just in case first wasn't suitable had also had prices increased from what I had wrote down yesterday. Reviews looked good but on this experience warning not to trust for me

Dear customer your story doesn't add up, we advise all customers to call us again before setting off to confirm that the car is still available but we sympathise with you as you clearly sound sour that you missed a chance to buy one of our lovely cars. We sell a lot of cars and some cars are paid for over the phone without viewings or test drives, this is not due to sheer luck but thanks to our utter hard work, honest advertisement and how we prepare these cars to be ready in drive away condition unlike any other non franchise car dealership. Its simply first come first serve unless you have been for the viewing and paid a deposit to reserve the car in which sense the car is reserved and sold to you. This is guaranteed that we never increase prices and what you have seen on the screen is what you pay (Not a penny less or more) No discounts are EVER offered incase you are sour because of that. Pleased with whole experience from autotrader's website info clarity and on the site looking at the car. When I phoned in advance - they confirmed they would get the car out of the lot ready to be test driven and that it was ready to drive away if we wanted to buy that day. Looked after by Ali - who was very straightforward, polite and helpful. He was quick to point out any wear / tear / scuffs transparently for us to factor in. Cars well prepped for their age. Had sufficient stock that we were able to view 2 similar Astra 1.4s and take time to check cars and go for a test drive. Ali went the extra mile sorting some paperwork for us in readiness for us to return for collection the next day with that paperwork - and provided previous service / MOT documents and 3 month warranty. On learning my son would sometimes drive to London and back - he was careful to advise us about the limits of a 1.4 L engine that has done 72 000 miles - that may struggle to cope with that journey very often. He was sincere and we discussed other options (younger cars bigger engine) but were happy to take our chance. Overall impression and experience was that FI deserves their previous high star review rating.

When I came to F1 Car Sales, Ali was very sincere. Without a word, he gave me the car key and asked me to take a closer look at the car by myself. When I felt that the price of the vehicle was a bit expensive, he offered me several other vehicles of the same model to choose from. In the end, I bought an ideal vehicle. I appreciate their service and sincerity. It is worth recommending.

Arrived today to look at a car I was very interested in buying and wanted to purchase that day. The forecourt was open at 10am so I arrived promptly as I had been unable to contact staff the previous evening and I was in the area. The salesmen appeared annoyed and uninterested when he arrived at the forecourt after my phone call. I enquired about the car I was interested in which had two huge scratches/ bumps on the car which had not been disclosed. I was in urgent need of a car so I discussed I would like to take it out. This appeared difficult for the man because he could not leave the forecourt unattended which is fair enough however he made me feel that I was being unreasonable in asking this as he bluntly said people do not usually ask to test drive the cars. I explained I had seen another car and wanted to compare the two to which he said well what was wrong with the other car, a strange thing to say as a sales man. He allowed me to drive the car around the forecourt, the breaks were clunky on the car due to the length of time it had been in the forecourt. I discussed with him would he be willing to offer a lower price for me for the car as I was paying cash and there was a huge scratch/ bump and the breaks were a little clunky again seeming completely uninterested in me he sighed put his hand in his head and shook his head/ rolled his eyes at me, indicating I was a nuisance for him. The car was dirty and I asked would he be willing to have the car cleaned he condescendingly said he would give me £5 and I could do it myself. This was the final straw and I left. Such unprofessional service from a dealership. Would not recommend!

You came to visit a 10 years old car which was advertised below market average, We would love to apply Magic on a 10 year piece of used metal box but the nature has to win a little bit more than our efforts. Kindly at least give us half an hour notice by PHONE CALL for a test drive and kindly dont ask for discounts we have spent alot of money and hours preparing the cars unlike other dealerships. My car was writer off last week after lady crashed in to my car outside my house so started to look around for new car come across Astra which I liked so rang up to see if could go and view it went in the office shown the man photo of the car which was on phone given me the keys to it told me where could find it lefted me to get on With it check it all over any questions he was more than happy to answer very poite snd well manner would highly recommend this garage to anyone keep up the good work

Travelled 3 hours to view the car. It was as described which we were pleased about. we sorted a deal out with Ali who was spot on. he was so patient and had to help my wife set up internet banking which we have never used,this took quite a while on a sunday afternoon,using his mobile. . He sorted out some insurance so we hadnt got to make the long journey again,so we could drive the car away,this made him late but he was great. He even gave us both drinks for the long drive home. The car is spot on too. Overall a pleasure to deal with,thank you very much.
